Charleston Yoga Classes
Marissa, the founder of She Breathes Easy, is based out of Charleston, South Carolina. She teaches a wide variety of classes from pilates, to restorative movement, and classic vinyasa flows.

Class Types
Gentle Yoga
45 minute class of gentle stretching and moving through restorative postures. A great way to stretch out the body and relax the mind.
Lunchtime Express Flow
45 minute class of powerful movement through sun salutations and warrior sequences. Expect to get sweaty and stronger on your lunch break!
Power Flow
60 minute power vinyasa class that challenges beginner-level to advanced practitioners. Options provided throughout class to make your body feel comfortable and be in your practice.
(may be in heated or unheated space)
Slow Flow
60 minute class of slow-paced yoga, expect gentle movement and lots of stretching. A great way to get your body stretched out and put your mind at ease.
Vinyasa Yoga
60 minute class of classic vinyasa yoga postures. Filled with sun salutations, warrior sequences, and a balancing series, you’ll leave this class feeling stretched out and strong.
